Identification of the recipients

This information will be used in the results to identify the answers of each recipient. If you do not check this box (anonymous questionnaire), the recipients will be identified with an anonymized code.

Dates of closure and deletion of the questionnaire

Closure date of the questionnaire	From the closure date, the recipients can no more answer to the questionnaire. This date is by default 2 months after the creation date of the questionnaire. You can move back this date, or move it forward up to the end date of your pro account subscription if you have one.				max
Deletion date of the questionnaire	From the deletion date, the results of your questionnaire are no more available. This date is by default 3 months after the creation date of the questionnaire. You can move back this date, or move it forward up to the end date of your pro account subscription if you have one.				max

Duration of the questionnaire
By default, the questionnaire is open to answers during 2 months maximum after the questionnaire creation, and the results are available during 3 months maximum after the questionnaire creation.
These durations can be increased up to the end date of your pro account if you have one.
